Tell us about your event

Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count through the inquiry form. You will hear back within one business day with availability and a clear quote.

Pick your flavours

Choose from three signature ricotta creams and a full bar of toppings and dusts. Want a custom flavour or menu in your colours? We will build it with you.

We arrive and set up

We arrive early and set up a table in a quiet corner, prep the trays, and load one onto the Cannoli Bro. From there, the service comes to your guests — fresh cannolis, piped and finished on the spot.

Piped fresh, in front of your guests

Shell meets cream only when someone orders. Guests choose, watch, taste and come back for another. We clean up and leave the space as we found it.

We are based in West Kelowna and cater events across the Okanagan Valley, including Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, Peachland, Summerland, Penticton and Naramata. Further afield is often possible; just ask.

Yes. Shells are baked for the day and travel separately from the chilled ricotta creams. Each cannoli is piped the moment a guest orders it, so the shell is crisp and the filling is cold.

We're a full-service setup — we bring our own table, toppings, and filling, and handle everything ourselves. All we need is a little bit of room, either in a kitchen or a quiet corner, to set up our things.

Yes — we serve year-round, indoors and outdoors, in any season.

Pricing depends on guest count, service length, travel and add-ons, so we quote each event individually. Send your details through the inquiry form and you will receive a clear quote within one business day.

Summer weekends and wedding season fill up months in advance, so reach out as soon as you have a date. Smaller weekday events can often be arranged with a few weeks' notice.
