Three lakes, one very good dessert
Lake Country is a favourite. The wineries stacked along the hillside above Okanagan Centre, the beaches on Wood Lake and the orchards out toward Oyama make for some of the prettiest event backdrops in the valley, and we are there in around 35 minutes.
Many Lake Country venues are working farms and vineyards, so we plan for gravel lanes, generator power and long golden-hour light. We arrive self-contained and ready to serve.

Hillside wineries
Release parties and club dinners at the estates above Okanagan Centre and along the Carr's Landing road. We work happily on patios with a view and in cellars without one.
Wood Lake and Kalamalka weddings
Lakeside ceremonies followed by a reception under string lights. Service opens after dinner and runs through the first dances.
Community celebrations
Winfield graduations, Oyama backyard parties and small-business openings along Main Street. Piccolo and Standard are the packages that fit here most often.

Tell us about your event
Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count through the inquiry form. You will hear back within one business day with availability and a clear quote.
Pick your flavours
Choose from six signature ricotta creams and a full bar of toppings and dusts. Want a custom flavour or menu in your colours? We will build it with you.
We arrive and set up
We arrive early and set up a table in a quiet corner, prep the trays, and load one onto the Cannoli Bro. From there, the service comes to your guests — fresh cannolis, piped and finished on the spot.
Piped fresh, in front of your guests
Shell meets cream only when someone orders. Guests choose, watch, taste and come back for another. We clean up and leave the space as we found it.

Questions about Lake Country
Yes. We are fully self-contained: a little room to set up our table and trays is all we need, and the service comes to your guests from there.
We do. Both are within our regular Lake Country coverage, and the travel time is already built into your quote.
Typically 60 to 90 minutes before service opens, which lets us set up before guests move to dinner and stay out of the way of your photographer.
