Classic Sicilian

The original: sweet ricotta, crisp shell, nothing to hide behind.

Whipped ricotta lightly sweetened and folded with a whisper of vanilla and candied citrus, piped to order into a blistered, golden shell. This is the cannoli our family grew up on and the one we measure every other flavour against.

Lemon Ricotta

Bright, zesty and light as a summer afternoon on the lake.

Fresh lemon zest and a spoonful of lemon curd swirled through our ricotta cream. Clean and refreshing, it is the flavour we reach for at outdoor summer weddings.

White Chocolate Raspberry

Creamy white chocolate with a sharp burst of raspberry.

White chocolate melted into our ricotta cream, finished with freeze-dried raspberry for a tart, vivid contrast. Pretty on the plate and a natural fit for celebrations.
