Summerland is orchard country with a wine trail running through it. Between the Bottleneck Drive wineries, the ornamental gardens on the bluff, the steam railway and the beaches on Trout Creek, it hosts an outsized number of weddings for a town its size.
We are about 40 minutes down Highway 97, and we arrive with everything prepared: shells baked that morning, creams chilled and trays that are ready to serve within minutes of arriving on a lawn or a crush pad.

We arrive and set up
We arrive early and set up a table in a quiet corner, prep the trays, and load one onto the Cannoli Bro. From there, the service comes to your guests — fresh cannolis, piped and finished on the spot.
Piped fresh, in front of your guests
Shell meets cream only when someone orders. Guests choose, watch, taste and come back for another. We clean up and leave the space as we found it.
