We arrive and set up
We arrive early and set up a table in a quiet corner, prep the trays, and load one onto the Cannoli Bro. From there, the service comes to your guests — fresh cannolis, piped and finished on the spot.
Piped fresh, in front of your guests
Shell meets cream only when someone orders. Guests choose, watch, taste and come back for another. We clean up and leave the space as we found it.

Yes. Premium and Bespoke packages bring two hosts, all six flavours and take-home boxes, and we can add extra hosts and trays for very large receptions.
